We believe true fellowship and community happens outside of Sunday mornings and it is vital for spiritual growth. Consider joining one of our several ministry groups in order to stay connected beyond Sunday!
Discipleship is paramount. Whether you are new believer or life-time believer, we are always learning and
should continuously be discipled. Growing in Christ is the key to growing His church. Discipleship is
modeling and teaching Christians the precepts of the Bible, prayer, doctrine, and Christian living.
Check out our Discipleship page for our specific LIFE groups focused on discipleship.
This is a group for parents and caregivers of those with disabilities and those without disabilities.
Our goal is to connect, encourage, unite, and strengthen those who care for special needs adults or children each day.
We spend time in group discussion, share stories and experiences, and network with others the world of disabilities.
Please contact Pastors Mike and Carol Gibson and they will let you know how you can help!
Our marriage ministry offers Christ-centered resources aimed at enriching and strengthening marriages at
all stages of the journey. DVD teachings, retreats, seminars, and biblical life lessons help couples experience
the joy and fulfillment that God intended through the union of a man and a woman in marriage. Long time marriages,
newly weds, or engaged couples are all welcome! Please contact Pastors Tim and Tamara Golden for more information.
LADIES! This ministry provides opportunities for you to fellowship and build relationships with women of faith
to support and encourage one another in living a Christ-centered life. A frequent favorite is our monthly
Women's Brunch that generally meets the 2nd Saturday of each month and is hosted by Pastor Tamara Golden.
Do you have a heart for the elderly? Join us as we bring the hope and love of Jesus to the residents of local nursing homes through visits once a week. Enjoy doing crafts, playing games, and visiting with them. How about taking a group out to ice cream? We also spend time in music and devotions once a month. Contact Fran MacLean for more information.
Like sports? Each summer we put together teams that participate in the Claremont Coed Adult Softball league.
It's a great way to not only build relationship with each other, but with others in our community as well,
all while having a ton of fun! And if you don't wish to play, come on down to the field and support our teams!
For more information or a schedule of the games (during the May-August season), please email Jimmie Neilsen!
We are here to help men connect with other men with the purpose of creating meaningful relationships
across generations while engaging in community, discipleship, and outreach. We strive to become more
Christ-like by experiencing God's transforming power through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship with other men.
Our group meets every Saturday at 7:00am at the church. Contact John Hannigan for more information.
Do you have an AARP card? If so, this group is for you. Newly launched in the spring of 2016, this
ministry serves the retirees in our congregation through times of fellowship, board games, and other activities.
Be sure to reach out to Pastors Lance and Dot Nelson if you are looking for more information or wish to join.
